Zere Real Estate Services, Inc expanded our services to include opportunities in the solar industry, LED lighting and other cost-saving options, which comes at a critical time as the United States aims to reduce its carbon footprint and transition off of fossil fuels.  We were originally inspired by NYS Governor Cuomo’s Clean Solar Initiative that mandated LIPA’s Feed-In Tariff (FIT) Program rolled out on July 16, 2012.

IN 2017 ZERE REAL ESTATE SIGNED AND COMPLETED THE LARGEST SOLAR PORTFOLIO IN NEW YORK STATE.

To date we have secured 785 acres on Long Island for solar farms, 800,000 sf of solar on rooftops and sold more than $2,000,000 in LED lighting.

We have relationships with sPower, Next Era, Sunation and have recently been appointed a reseller for ThinkLite, a partner of Samsung.
